The Seattle Seahawks will win the Super Bowl – According to the “Predictalator”

January 29, 2015

The stage is set for the Super Bowl XLIX final being played on February 1, 2015 at the University of Phoenix Stadium. Now it’s down to the final two; the Seattle Seahawks and the New England Patriots. We all know Katy Perry will headline the halftime show and we are all too aware of the excitement building up for the big game. What we don’t know however is that who will finally lift the Vince Lombardi Trophy this Sunday. However “The Predictalator” seems to have the answer and according to it the Seahawks will be crowned champions for the second year running!

For those who don’t know, the Predictalator is designed by the geniuses at PredictionMachine.com. It uses top of the line analytics to simulate the match multiple times, to come up with the winner. The Predictalator analyses the teams squaring-off using a lot of different data fields. The teams’ strengths, their schedule during the regular season, injuries and head-to-head records among a lot of other factors are scrutinized to come up with a winner.

So, with the Super Bowl XLIX now just around the corner, the Predictalator went to work and simulated the game an incredible 50,000 times. Yes, you read it right, that is 50,000 times. The Seahawks came out on top on 57.3% occasions. That is a big call to make but then the Predictalator picked the Seahawks to walk away with the title last year as well when a lot of people had Broncos as the favorites. If the Seahawks successfully defend their title this Sunday, then they will not be the only ones coming out on top for the second successive year.
