Prepare to don your cowboy hats and western boots once more because the country phenomenon Dixie Chicks are coming to town. The multi-award winning trio announced their return to the concert stage in 2016, with a European tour. Stateside fans don’t you worry though because the best-selling female band of all time have also confirmed the exciting news of their upcoming North American tour. Still haven’t heard about it? With multiple Diamond-certified albums and over thirty million records sold worldwide, the Dixie Chicks rank among the most influential bands in the US. Although, they haven’t released another album or gone on a tour of the US since 2006 when their last album Taking the Long Way was released, the popularity of this trio hasn’t dwindled. Fans will be excited to get their hand on the Dixie Chicks tickets and if you count yourself among them, better get yours before they run out.
The Chicks on the road
After their on-again, off-again hiatus since 2008, this sensational crossover group has decided to give their fans another treat. Starting in Amsterdam, their European trek will take the group across the UK and Ireland and culminate in Dublin.
The North American trek, dubbed the DCX MMXVI Tour, will take the Chicks across forty North American cities. The tour will kick off on June 1 at the Riverbend Music Center, Cincinnati and conclude on October 10 with a show at the famous Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles. Other notable stopovers include the Shoreline Amphitheater, Rogers Arena, Madison Square Garden, Xfinity Center, and more.
At our website, tickets are up for sale and are averaging in the range of $177-$572. The least expensive gig will take place at the Toyota Amphitheater, Wheatland on July 13 whereas the most costly concert is scheduled for the Phones4u Arena, Manchester on April 30. Tickets for the closing show on October 10 are listed at $220.
