The Chicago Bears had a dismal last season. Okay, the team from the Windy City hadn’t won a championship since 2010 but they had still posted four winning seasons on the bounce between 2010 and 2013 with a division title to show for their efforts. So what transpired last time around was nothing short of a nightmare as the Bears went 5-11-0 to record their worst season in years.
The disastrous campaign called for changes and changes were made. Marc Trestman lost his job and the head coach duties were handed to John Fox. Fox has a reputation for building teams. His last stint, with the Broncos, made him only the second coach in the history of the NFL to win four division titles on the spin with a new side. Not only that, but it was also under his tutelage that the Broncos posted their highest regular season winning percentage in the franchise’s history.
John Fox is an elite level coach and his arrival in the Windy City has got the Bears’ fans excited. That is showing in the tickets prices for the Bears game this season as well. According to Excite Events, the highest average ticket price for a Bears’ game this season is just a shade over $675. This price pertains to their encounter against the Packers at the Lambeau Field on November 26, 2015. The lowest average ticket price is around $155.8 for their clash against the Vikings at the TCF Bank Stadium on December 20, 2015.
As far as the get in prices are concerned, the highest according to Excite Events is $260 for their game against the Packers at home on September 13, 2015. Then there is the lowest get in price which currently stands at just $20 and it is for their above mentioned clash against the Packers away from home on November 26, 2015.
The Chicago Bears will be keen to prove that last season was an exception to the rule rather than the rule itself. They will have to hit their stride right from the word go and if they do that then they will be a force to be reckoned with.
