Vince McMahon’s vision has made WWE a powerful international brand and his approach has been lauded by financial experts as a “spectacle of excess”. For four decades now WWE has continuously come up with new things and has branched out in different areas. The company not just airs television shows but has developed an entertainment package complete with books, videogames, movies and action figures. In 2014, McMahon broadened on the vision and launched WWE Network, which despite suffering a loss at the moment, has been called “Wave of the Future”.

From the start WWE has been anything but subtle. The company knows that it has to play big for the millions tuning in every week on TV, to the smallest fan sitting in the last row of a jam-packed arena. WWE has become a pop culture extravaganza and events featured as part of Raw and SmackDown are as much popular as the Super Bowl. WWE will be travelling with its shows worldwide and SmackDown, Raw and WWE Live are ready to hit some of the top venues.
WWE Live has 30 shows lined up and some of its overseas events have the highest priced tickets. November 14 WWE Live event at the Porsche Arena in Stuttgart, Germany has tickets price averaging at $213. It’s not a surprise as the WWE superstars, John Cena, Dolph Ziggler and Sheamus will be facing each other in the ring. ExciteEvents is selling tickets for WWE Live Palalottomatica event in Rome at an average price of $240.

The oldest live event of WWE Raw has the most in-demand season tickets and also the most expensive. Compared to WWE Live and SmackDown, the price of 16 Raw live events is $147 (average). On June 22, Bankers Life Fieldhouse will host the most expensive show on the docket, average ticket price stated as $383 on ExciteEvents. WWE Monday Night Raw will hit Barclays Center on August 24, featuring John Cena, Bray Wyatt, Daniel Bryan, Randy Orton, Dean Ambrose, Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins and Rusev. With all the top wrestlers gracing the event, tickets are high priced, averaging at $220.

WWE SmackDown has so far announced a 16-city run and the average price for these events is $126. On August 18 Resch Center in Green Bay will host the most expensive event of SmackDown tour, average ticket price stated as $215 on ExciteEvents. Fans in Cincinnati will have to pay $188 to attend the event on October 13, which is the second most expensive stop.

Despite the high rates, WWE events witness sold out attendance and no seat is left unoccupied. This leaves the fans no choice but to purchase the expensive tickets. But every penny spent is worth it as the superstar wrestlers treat the attendees to a thrilling experience.
