With the Minnesota Vikings looking to make the playoffs, their tickets prices are showing high demand!
The Minnesota Vikings have had a rollercoaster of a ride since their back to back division triumphs in 2008 and 2009. The Vikings were on the way up and it was looking good after the above mentioned triumphs but everything fell apart after that. The franchise dropped three places and captured fourth position in each of the next two seasons. Needless to say, they failed to make it to the postseason either in 2010 and 2011.
The Vikings’ form picked up somewhat in 2012 as they went second in NFC North and to qualify for the playoffs. That was the last time the team from Minnesota made it to the postseason, with the last two campaigns being quite a disappointment for everyone associated with the Vikings.
But it is not all doom and gloom for the Minnesota Vikings. Teddy Bridgewater had a more than decent first crack at the NFL last time around as a QB and if the management makes the right moves before the season begins, this could potentially turn out to be the campaign that kick starts the Vikings’ revival.
Now with the season approaching fast, there has been a lot of demand for the Minnesota Vikings tickets. That is precisely the reason why the tickets prices are showing some interesting trends. According to Excite Events, the highest average tickets price for a Vikings’ game this season stands at approximately $441. The price is for their encounter against the Broncos in Denver on October 4, 2015. The lowest average ticket price is $98 for the Vikings clash with the Rams at home on November 8, 2015.
On the other hand, if we look at the minimum (get in) prices then there is a lot of variation there as well. The highest get in price is $144, according to Excite Events, for the above mentioned game against the Broncos. The lowest get in price is a paltry $9 when the Minnesota Vikings take on the Cardinals at the venue of the last Super Bowl, the University of Phoenix Stadium on December 10, 2015.
This is the story of the Minnesota Vikings’ tickets prices for the latest NFL season and it is intriguing to see the marked difference in the maximum and minimum prices. The Vikings will be eager to stamp their authority once on the league once again and if they manage to do that, expect these prices to show quite a few more variations before the season ends.
