He is well-known for his collaboration on Balada (TcheTcherereTcheTche)with Pitbull. Over the years, he has worked at the celebrated Copacabana and 105.9 FM as well as La Mega 97.9 FM, the most popular radio station for Latin music in New York.
J Balvin
Colombian raggaeton musician J Balvin is a winner of multiple Latin Grammy Awards, Billboard Latin Music Awards, Latin American Music Awards and MTV Video Music Awards. The chart-topping singer and recording artist is best known for hit singles “Mi Gente” and “Yo Te Lo Dije.” In addition, he also has multiple albums with multiple platinum certifications to his credit. With the exception of his second album El Negocio, all of Balvin’s full-length albums have gone on to achieve a gold certification or higher.
Anuel AA
Puerto Rican singer and rapper Anuel AA is one of those artists that gave birth to the Latin trap movement. In fact, he is considered by many to be the king of the genre. The Boricuan rapper is well-known for his seamless fusion of trap and reggaeton. His debut full-length album Real Hasta la Muerte made a blistering entry onto the Latin music scene by taking the number 1 spot on the Billboard Top Latin Albums chart less than 24 hours after its release. Anuel AA has also successfully collaborated with other Latin artists such as Nicky Jam and J Balvin.
Manuel Turizo
Young Colombian reggaeton musician Manuel Turizo is best-known for his 2016 hit single “Una Lady Como Tu.” It made him an overnight sensation throughout Latin America. The music video of the song has more than a billion views on YouTube. Many of Turizo’s other singles have also been critically acclaimed and achieved platinum and gold certifications. These include “Dejate Llevar” and “Desconocidos” among others. In 2018, he received three nominations at the MTV Millennial Awards.
Karol G
Colombian reggaeton singer and songwriter Karol G is known for her soulful vocals and catchy music that features a unique mix of pop, reggaeton and dance-oriented R&B. The Latin Grammy Award winner first came into the public eye when she took part in popular talent-hunt series The X Factor. She has come a long way since those early days. Her 2017 album Unstoppable debuted at number 2 on the Billboard Top Latin Albums chart. Apart from picking up a win at the Latin Grammy Awards, Karol G has also been nominated for the Latin American Music Awards and the Billboard Latin Music Awards.
Farruko
Puerto Rican singer and songwriter Farruko is best known for his collaborations with big name Latin artists like J Alvarez, Daddy Yankee and Jory. He has won a Latin Grammy Award in 2012 in the “Best Urban Music Album” category.
Jowell & Randy
Puerto Rican reggaeton duo Jowell & Randy is one of the most popular acts in the genre. The two have won multiple People Choice Reggaeton and Urban Awards. They have also earned multiple nominations at the Billboard Latin Music Awards.
Lirico
Spanish MC Lirico is a prominent member of the rap act Violadores del Verso. The rap artist from Zaragoza is known for his collaborations with the likes of Capital Jota, Erik B, Tote King and Sho Hai.
Chimbala
