Head Over Heels for Kid Rock Tour, Fans Swarm to Shows of “First Kiss Tour” – Opening Performances by Foreigner.
The five times Grammy nominee, American rapper Kid Rock is making waves on the road with his “First Kiss Tour” going on in full blast. The star just wrapped up some blockbusting shows at stops in Massachusetts, Connecticut and Pennsylvania and is now rocking venues in New York. Kid Rock’s July 2, 2015 concert at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center was reportedly chock-full and fan-rush at the upcoming Bethel stop is expected to be high. To make it even more exciting, the 36 dates tour also has one hour opening performances by the rock band Foreigner.
With more than 30 tours on record, Kid Rock isn’t new to sold out performances. The tour that kicked off June 24, 2015 from Hartford will go all the way to Auburn with its September 5, 2015 show being the final stop. The Detroit rocker has six shows planned for home state Michigan and more dates could be added on demand. The Clarkston shows will take place on August 7, 8, 11, 12, 14 and 15, 2015 at the DTE Energy Music Theatre. The average prices for these concerts rank higher than most cities on the itinerary with the August 8 show costing $225 and August 14 show costing $213. ExciteEvents reveals concerts at Clarkston to be the most expensive with average prices for the other four shows range between $191 and $209.
The show at Tampa’s MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheater is one other high-priced concert on the schedule. To be held on July 18, 2015, the event has an average ticket price of $403, making it the most expensive show on the docket. Pricing of Tampa’s show is understandable since the Saturday night concert will witness a jam-packed attendance that doubles the fun for everyone.
Tour details at ExciteEvents highlight concert prices on the rise as the tour rolls on into mid-July and August. Cities like Saratoga Springs, Bristow and Virginia Beach snagged a pretty fair deal with some of the lowest prices on the calendar. Rock enthusiasts in Saratoga Springs just attended the least expensive tour concert on July 2, 2015. Held at the Saratoga Performing Arts Center, the concert had an average ticket price of $50. Close in line is Bristow’s upcoming July 7 show at Jiffy Lube Live with an average ticket price of $61. Ticket prices for the July 8 concert at Virginia Beach’s Farm Bureau Live average at $62.
The “First Kiss” album is Kid Rock’s latest explosion on the rock music scene. The rock crooner will be accompanied by British-American septet Foreigner that is bringing to the tour fresh tracks from its ninth studio album “The Best of Foreigner 4 & More”.
