Parrotheads rejoice as Jimmy Buffet announces his anticipated Workin’ n’ Playin’ Tour
Parrotheads will be delighted to hear that the “Maragaritaville” singer is on tour. Recent upcoming date for Jimmy Buffet Tour name as Workin’ n’ Playin’ is 28th May at the Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion in Houston, Texas.
The five month long stint will take Buffet across a number of cities nationwide and will include stops at several notable venues including Riverbend Music Center, Hollywood Bowl and Nikon at Jones Beach Theater. The tour will conclude in October at the famous Verizon Wireless Amphitheater. The popular holiday singer will entertain audiences in Kansas City, Cincinnati, Los Angeles, Wantagh, and various other cities.
Jimmy Buffet is an iconic folk country singer, recognized for his popular hits “Margaritaville”, “Come Monday” and “Cheeseburger in Paradise”. Jimmy climbed the Billboard charts with his latest album Songs From St. Nowhere which peaked at number four on the “The Billboard 200” albums chart. The singer- songwriter has numerous successful tours to his credit. On his Workin’ n’ Playin’ tour, Buffet will be accompanied by the Coral Reefer Band, Huey Lewis and The News on selective dates.
According to the price listings at ExciteEvents, Buffet will play his most expensive show with the Coral Reefer Band at Santa Barbara Bowl in Santa Barbara. Average ticket price for Jimmy Buffet is currently chalked at $349. The Sprint Center audiences in Kansas City will welcome Buffet’s least expensive show with tickets currently listed at the average price of $183.
