Legendary Rocker James Taylor Set To Make a Grand Comeback This Summer
We have some exciting news for all you Taylor fans out there! James Taylor, the five times Grammy Award winning, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee is all set to release his first studio album after thirteen years. The album, Before This World will contain original material and is expected to be out in June 2015, but that’s not all. The veteran rocker also intends to embark on a nationwide tour which will take him across sixteen cities including Boston, Atlantic City, Columbia, Portland, Cincinnati and Grand Rapids.
Over the course of his forty year career, Taylor has made a home in the hearts of countless music fans. It would be difficult to find 70’s music lovers who haven’t heard of classic hits like “Fire and Rain” and “You’ve Got A Friend”.
Devoted followers should get ready for classic tracks like “Something in The Way She Moves” and “Sweet Baby James”. Loyal listeners are probably abuzz with anticipation in the wake of his album and tour announcements. Taylor will likely treat listeners to songs from his latest album too, so look forward to that.
Taylor’s US tour will kick off at Allentown’s PPL Center on July 2nd. As of 22.4.2015, the average ticket price for James Taylor show is $521.
It will be a pretty special summer for Taylor too as he is scheduled to perform a full length concert at the Fenway Park, featuring his All-Star Band for the first time. The gig, which will be his last for this season, is scheduled for August 6 with average ticket price for the concert being $500. Tanglewood will be welcoming Taylor for his 24th performance at the venue on 4th July. Average ticket price for that concert is currently listed as $314.
